John Harker Joins The Team!

John Harker is our Lead Fisheries Outreach Coordinator. John is responsible for outreach to the mariner community. He is joining the team with 22 years of experience from serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. More recently, he served as part of the Coast Guard Incident Management Team in Woods Hole, where he worked to bridge organizational objectives within several projects to port partners by developing various task forces, outreach and informational programs, along with localized workgroups throughout New England.
